All Star Castles are based in the Dagenham area and offer free delivery and collection within the local area, all castles will be delivered and set up ready to use. All castles have a current annual safety certificate and will be clean and well presented.

What do I get for the hire fee?

 1. FREE local delivery before 12 Noon.

2. FREE setup of groundsheet, bouncy castle (incl fan), and secure to ground.

3. FREE rain cancellation insurance (before the driver arrives).

4. FREE collection after 18.00pm

5. Provide raincover where fitted, and show customer procedure for fitting.

6. Provide and fit safety mats.

7. Provide customer with T & C's and discuss appropriately.

8. Provide customer with Operating instructions and Safety sheet.

 Castle Information

• All Children's Bouncy Castles are for use under the age of 12 years only. We do not recommend their use for older children
• Strictly NO adults on the children's castles
• Number of children advisable on each unit at any one time are:

• Can be used INDOORS.
• All units are made from flame retardant coated 610 gram PVC conforming to BS 5438
• Complies with Health & Safety "best practice" sheet supplied by PIPA
